Compliance
Under the Port Marine Safety Code (PMSC), port facility duty holders must make sure their organisation complies with the code and must report compliance with the code to the Maritime and Coastguard Agency every three years.
Marex provides “independent designated persons” to ports and harbours, who provide independent assurance on the operation of the marine safety management system (MSMS).
