SOLSTAD OFFSHORE
The Norwegian company Solstad have been around for many years and have always been at the forefront of ship development.  Their UT712s are still extremely effective even though they are 17 years old.

In November 2004 Solstad became the owners of a number of TFDS ships.

Solstad have a joint venture 50/50 with DOF which operates supply vessels in Brazil. Some details are available here NORSKAN .

They have also set up a joint venture with DOF  and Nortrans in Singapore to exploit Assian markets.
