Appraisal Audits

Appraisal audits can be carried out to assist clients who are developing relationships with other companies, predominantly due to intent to employ them to provide products or services, but also in order to determine their suitability as partners or as purchases.
 

Internal Audit

MMASS can offer a complete audit management service. Our consultants can advise on the development of audit strategies and programmes and are able to carry out audits, provide report and contribute to the management review.
 

Compliance Audits

Compliance audits are carried out test levels of compliance to specified requirements e.g. policies, procedures, processes, contract requirements and regulations. These audits provide companies with assurance and opportunities for improvement.
 

System Audits

MMASS consultants can carry out system audits which test the compliance of an organisations management system against recognised management system standards. National, international or industry standards may be applied. 
 

Marine Inspections

Inspections of marine craft may be carried out against client company standards or as required by the UK Common Marine Inspection Document, including any special requirements for ERRVs, AHTs OSVs or DP vessels.
 

DP Audits

Dynamic Positioning Audits and DP Vessel FMEAs can be undertaken to ensure the compliance of the vessel to the appropriate DP standards or others as required by the charterer or the vessel owner.
